Polypropylene Y-Line Strainers
Manufactured from glass-reinforced polypropylene, BARR's Y-Line Strainers protect and prevent clogging of pipelines, pumps and spray tips, providing easy access for cleaning.
Sizes range from 1/2" to 3" with 6 to 80 mesh 304 stainless steel screens. The screen for the 3" strainer is polypropylene-reinforced and features a 1/2" drain plug in the bottom of its cap. All strainers come standard with EPDM gaskets.
The recommended operating pressure for 1/2" to 2" strainers is 70 PSI at 0°F, 90 PSI at 70°F and 50 PSI at 150°F.
The recommended operating pressure for 3" strainers is 55 PSI at 0°F, 70 PSI at 70°F and 40 PSI at 150°F.
