Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We'll send you another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery times have seen a great increase in time frames due to logistical chain issues. We will try our very best to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible but prepare for potential delays for shipping delivery times.
Delivery Options
Standard Shipping
The shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. While we strive to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be longer due to current logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Pick-up in Store
Enjoy free local pickup at our store in Abbotsford, BC. Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you an email with pickup instructions as soon as it's ready to go! Our pickup hours are 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
Truck Delivery
For larger items, we offer truck delivery options. Please call us at +1-866-790-6753 to arrange a delivery. We'll need the complete shipping address and information on whether you can offload the item on site. As we use a third-party delivery service, let us know if there's a specific delivery date you need, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@barrplastics.com or complete our contact form. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue if available. If you do not have your order number, your name and email address are usually enough for us to locate your order and assist you.
Shipping to P.O Boxes
Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship across Canada and the United States only.
At this time, BARR Plastics does not ship to destinations outside North America. Shipping methods and rates vary by product and location, with many large items requiring freight delivery. Please request a quote or contact our team for shipping assistance.
