Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing BARR Plastics Inc.’s (the Company) website, documentation, literature or any other medium, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of BARR Plastics Inc. You may use the Company’s content or designs only for the purpose of determining the suitability of a product or item for your application and for purchase of those products. No materials from the Company’s website site or any other published medium may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission from the Company. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on the Company’s website or in any other published medium may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Credit Cards

BARR Plastics Inc. (The Company) accepts VISA and MasterCard Credit Card payments and may accept other similar forms of payment as shown at Checkout. The Company does not currently accept payments through American Express. Credit Card payments are suitable for both on and off website transactions.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or through, any such site.

All Other Forms of Acceptable Payment (for off website transactions)

For all other forms of transactions, the Company accepts Cash, money orders, cashier’s cheques, company cheques in Canadian or U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of Cash, money order or cashier’s check. For company cheques, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear, or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned cheques.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of Order Confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the product type and quantity. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping, providing it is not a Special-Order item brought in specifically for you and that cannot be returned to stock or readily offered and sold to another customer.

Taxes

Our Webstore shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales taxes for your orders – with no exemptions. For all in-house transactions at a BARR Facility, the applicable taxes, including any available exemptions with valid certificate, will be charged appropriately with your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Although we do best to ensure all content, specifications, dimensions, weights, etc. are correct we cannot be held responsible for any errors or misprints, and it will be required for the customer to confirm any accuracy of information prior to making a purchase to fully ensure each product is fully suitable for its intended application or use.

Mobile Terms of Service

The BARR Plastics Inc. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by BARR Plastics Inc. (“BARR Plastics Inc.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to BARR Plastics Inc.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of BARR Plastics Inc. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. The service will include promotional messages such as promotions, specials, coupons, and other marketing offers; it will also include transactional messages such as order updates and account alerts.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with BARR Plastics Inc.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18445180248 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other BARR Plastics Inc. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
