The SBS750 is a comprehensive brine production and handling system that can easily be connected to brine storage tanks or used as a standalone unit. It comes pre-assembled, so with just a few hose connections and power for the pump, you can start operations immediately. This system boasts the highest capacity production available, rated at a minimum of 6,000 gallons per hour of 23% salt brine solution. Its ultra-simple operation makes it ideal for a wide range of operators with basic instruction.
The integrated float shut-off valve automatically stops the flow of water when both the brine maker and batch tank are full. An integrated recirculation system ensures consistent brine concentration, even if levels fluctuate. The hoppers are constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials like UV-protected HDPE plastic and 316 stainless steel. The system comes standard with a 2", 2 HP on-board stainless steel high-flow brine pump, specifically designed to handle the weight of brine and the dirt content typically found in road salt. A pump inlet strainer is also included to prevent larger debris from entering the pump and storage tanks.
You can easily monitor salt levels through the brine maker's transparent design. To produce the brine, simply add salt and turn on the water—no agitation, power, or continuous monitoring is required. When testing is needed, both the brine maker and batch tanks are equipped with sampling taps, allowing for easy brine concentration sampling at any stage of the process.
The included 1,550-gallon batch tank serves as a quality control vessel and additional standing storage. The SBS750 Brine Maker can be used as a plug-and-play, stand-alone system to supply one to three brine sprayer units or connected to brine storage tanks for larger operations with multiple high-volume trucks.
