Application Spotlight

CUSTOM TANKS FOR SPACE-LIMITED INSTALLATIONS

When space is limited and standard tanks won’t fit, custom fabrication makes the difference.

Using our modular structural plastic panel system, we design and build tanks to exact site specifications, maximizing volume in constrained areas like parkades, rooftops, and mechanical rooms.

Top Questions

How long does it take to build a custom tank?

Most custom tank projects take 2–6 weeks from receipt of signed drawings depending on complexity, size, and current production timelines. We’ll confirm lead times when we quote your project.

Can these tanks be used outdoors?

Yes. Our structural panel tanks are ideal for tight, hard-to-access spaces like rooftops, mechanical rooms, or underground facilities—where prefabricated tanks won’t fit./p>

Our fabricated tanks are made of UV stable material suitable for outdoor use however it is always better to protect tanks from sunlight to ensure a longer life.

What sizes are available?

These custom are custom build so dimensions are highly customizable within the following range. 12’ wide x 40’ long x 8.5’ high. Static liquid depth is limited to 72”

Careful attention must be paid to ensure the tanks can be physically fit into the building. Longer tanks are difficult to maneuver so you need to ensure they will fit where required.

Do you provide installation services?

We don’t install on site, but we do offer clear installation guidance, CAD drawings, and phone/email support for your crew or contractor. We're happy to consult with your installer directly if needed.

What industries use your custom tanks?

We work with construction firms, civil engineers, architects, municipalities, and industrial facility managers. Common applications include rainwater harvesting, stormwater detention, wastewater management, and chemical containment.

What are the tanks made from?

We use a durable 50mm-thick polypropylene copolymer structural panel with internal grid pattern of 50 x 50 mm. It offers much higher structural strength than solid sheet material with a lower weight per square foot.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we do. We ship to all provinces and territories, and also offer local pickup from our Abbotsford, BC facility.

Can your custom tanks support heavy loads on top when installed underground?

No. Our custom structural panel tanks are not designed to support vehicle traffic or heavy surface loads. If you're installing underground, the area above the tank must remain a non-load-bearing zone—such as landscaped areas, green space, or restricted-access zones. Let us know your site conditions so we can advise on proper placement.

We are currently exploring solutions to allow top loading of tanks.
