These 100% HDPE batch tanks come standard with a plastic hinged lid which uses a unique rib design to better support top-fitting installations. On the tank itself, you'll find molded-in gallon and liter indicators on translucent walls for easy level viewing. Plus, the disposable liner system in the tank eliminates the need to clean the tanks interior before reuse.
Tanks are available with a wide variety of fittings, accessories and add-ons, BARR can custom modify any of these tanks to your specification. Stands:
Heavy duty, corrosion-resistant plastic stands elevate tanks 12" or 18" off the floor for fitting and piping clearance.They can accommodate either a total drain or flat bottom tank by being flipped upside down (one side of the base is flat, the other is sloped).The leg design of these stands also provides strength and accessibility for forklift handling. Stands can be permanently mounted to the floor for long term installations.
BARR can also build fully custom stands or simply modify heights of standard stands to meet specific applications and plant configurations. Other custom options are available from BARR such as attachments and fixtures for pumps, mixers, piping, etc. Stands are optional for Industrial Open Top - Flat Bottom Tanks and required for Industrial Open Top - Total Drain Tanks.
