Aluminum FC x Hose Barb Type C - Couplers

BARR's camlocks are ideal where frequent and fast connections are required on fluid transfer lines (no camlock materials or styles are designed for use with compressed air, gases or steam). Our standard camlock gaskets are made of Buna-N Nitrile to resist water and low aromatic petroleum products. Remember to always confirm before buying if the gasket material is compatible with fluid.

Manufactured from a high quality aluminum alloy, these fittings feature 304 stainless steel pins, impact and wear-resistant forged brass arms, plated steel finger rings, a sand-cast body finish and are heat treated to provide greater durability. They are made to strict tolerances to ensure a leak-proof seal (i.e. they meet MIL SPEC 27487, A-A-59326 American Standard and DIN2828 German Standard in sizes 3/4" to 6" and will interchange with others that meet these specifications).

Their rated working pressure at 20°C (70°F)is as follows: 0.5"- 2" sizes - 250 PSI, 2.5" size- 150 PSI, 3" size- 125 PSI, 4" size- 100 PSI, 5"-6" sizes- 75 PSI, and 8" size- 50 PSI. Note that temperature ranges should be used as guidelines only. Aluminum may be suitable for -150°F to +250°F.
